Makes: 12 servings

Preparation


 
  • Cut brownies into 12 squares (or see Tip). Place in 12 stemless wine glasses.
  • Spoon pudding on top.
  • In a bowl, fold yogurt and whipped cream together.
  • Spoon over pudding and top with berries. Sprinkle with topper.
  • Pour hot espresso shots on top and garnish with fresh mint, if desired.

Tip: For individual portions, bake brownies in Perfect Portion Muffin Pan.

Tip: For a rich coffee flavour, add 1–2 tsp (5-10 ml)instant coffee granules and 2 Tbsp (30 ml) cocoa to pudding mix while preparing. For a darker, richer flavour, add in 1 Tbsp cocoa powder.
