With water-moistened hands, form mixture into 6 patties, each about 1” (2.5 cm) thick, or prepare burgers using Burger Press.
Place patties on a barbecue grill over medium-high heat. Close lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip patties and top with prepared barbecue or grilling sauce. Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F (71° C).
Make it Canadian: Top burgers with slices of Canadian bacon (or back bacon) and grilled onion rings.
